Going Green in the Kitchen or Out for St. Patrick's Day

Since today is St. Patrick's Day, I'm going with an Irish theme. Maybe it's just me, or maybe not, but when I hear the words St. Patrick's Day I think of food first and alcohol second. It's one of my favorite days of the year, and not just because I'm Irish either. It's the food. The yummy, delicious food! My favorite is corned beef and cabbage.
